Job summary
Procede Software LP is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, administer, and improve our IT infrastructure and hosted customer environments across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and security. You will be a key technical resource, providing ownership of technical solutions and ensuring secure, reliable operation.
The role is in-office, Monday through Friday in Solana Beach, CA. The base salary ranges from $72,000 to $97,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- AZ-104 certification required; must obtain within 12 months if not currently held.
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, backups, and system troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work after hours/weekends when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot installed systems, infrastructure, and application software.
- Analyze and resolve employee technical issues via phone, email, or Teams, escalating when needed.
- Administer endpoints, servers, backups, firewalls, and security controls for reliability and compliance.
- Test performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
- Design and implement improvements to information systems and processes.
