Job summary

Leidos in San Diego, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our Intelligence Organization. You will install, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure while contributing to Agile planning and backlog management.

The role requires collaboration with engineers to define tests and ensure MBSE governance. Top candidates will have DoD clearance, experience with SOPs, and strong programming knowledge (C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL).

Qualifications

• U.S. and DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Experience documenting processes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and Java.
• Experience with system administration and MBSE governance.

Responsibilities

• Install, monitor, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, and IT infrastructure.
• Assist with program increment planning and populate the backlog for the development team.
• Define test procedures and success criteria with other system engineers.
• Collaborate with technical experts to design solution architectures.
• Coordinate issues with technical teams and PMO for contracts.
• Contribute to stable operations and improved user experience.
