Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a skilled Digital Systems Engineer to blend Systems Engineering, Architecture, and PM across the lifecycle. You will guide requirements, lead MBSE activities, and enable rapid, interoperable engineering solutions for complex programs.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in a STEM field with 2+ years or a bachelor’s with 4+ years, and must hold an active Top Secret clearance. Expect collaboration across multi-discipline teams and exposure to high-stakes defense

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Advanced degree with 2+ years of experience in systems engineering.
• Experience with architectural system concepts and model-based configurations in Cameo or No Magic.
• Experience building template scripts to drive report automation and documentations generation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE model space to capture requirements and establish end-to-end systems architecture and requirement-to-verification traceability.
• Formulate and lead requirements and architecture working groups across disciplines.
• Develop, debug, and implement Velocity scripts within Cameo for automated reports and ICDs.
• Drive system integration by linking toolsets and data models across the lifecycle.
• Perform risk identification and risk management modeling within architectures.
• Foster teamwork across matrixed organizations.
