This position is for a Systems Engineer to support training systems development. The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team oriented, and capable of multi-tasking. The positions is located in East Orlando, FL at the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Training, Logistics and Simulation (TLS), Lake Underhill facility. We are a collaborative team of system engineers and interdisciplinary subject matter experts dedicated to analyzing and documenting system requirements in order to design, develop, and integrate training systems solutions.
You can help lead a team using your experiences in the development of complex system architectures, leveraging your expertise in Model Based Engineering tools such as Rhapsody and Cameo, in order to evolve our training solutions to meet or exceed our stakeholder expectations.
A level 4 employee is typically senior or advanced-career and has 7 to 9+ years of professional experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
