Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology team in Burbank, CA. You will maintain production infrastructure, support media workflows, administer Microsoft 365, and provide on‑site and remote production operations support.

The role is hybrid (4 days onsite per week) with occasional evenings or weekends during productions. Candidates need a technical degree and 3+ years (or 5+ years) of enterprise IT experience, plus strong Windows, macOS, and endpoint management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise IT environments as a Systems Engineer or Support Engineer.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience supporting wired and wireless network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as JAMF, Intune, or SCCM.
• Experience with identity and access management, user provisioning, and device authentication.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and production tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production systems, broadcast infrastructure, and enterprise technology environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365, identity management, user provisioning, and production network access.
• Manage endpoint deployment, imaging, software installations, patching, and device lifecycle across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless networking, production systems, and end-user issues.
• Support server maintenance, streaming infrastructure, conference room technology, and production collaboration tools.
• Partner with production technology, media engineering, and infrastructure teams to implement new tech solutions.
• Provide onsite technical support during production events, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology team supporting studio production systems and broadcast technology environments. This role is responsible for maintaining production infrastructure, supporting media workflows, administering enterprise systems, and providing technical support for production operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in systems engineering, networking, endpoint management, and production technology.

Key Details

• Contract: 2-month contract
• Location: Burbank, CA
• Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week) One week each month requires onsite coverage Monday through Friday
• Potential contract extension based on business needs

Core Responsibilities

• Support and maintain production systems, broadcast infrastructure, and enterprise technology environments
• Administer Microsoft 365, identity management, user provisioning, and production network access

• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience supporting wired and wireless network infrastructure and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as JAMF, Microsoft Intune, or SCCM
• Experience with identity and access management, user provisioning, and device authentication
• Strong troubleshooting skills supporting desktop, laptop, mobile devices, and production technology environments

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience supporting broadcast, media production, or studio technology environments
• Knowledge of streaming infrastructure and production collaboration platforms
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
• Experience supporting stage technology or post-production environments
• SharePoint administration experience
• Experience managing Creative Cloud deployments
• Experience with asset management and hardware procurement

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is $31.00 and $45.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
