Job summary

TogetherWork is seeking a Systems and Data Support Specialist to enhance financial operations and data integrity across client and organizational systems. You will support onboarding, bank/payroll integrations, dashboards, and AI/automation initiatives with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include system setup, data management, and cross-team collaboration while applying strong communication and technical skills. The role emphasizes detail and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Information Systems/Business or related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in accounting, bookkeeping or financial operations.
• Experience supporting business applications or enterprise software.
• Experience with reporting or automation initiatives preferred.
• Experience providing technical support and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding and internal system setup.
• Set up and maintain client bank account integrations with QuickBooks Online and secure password management system; troubleshoot with clients and banks.
• Support payroll and pension setup, peak processing, and year-end reporting.
• Maintain financial reporting dashboards and assist data-related projects.
• Maintain Monday.com boards, CRM contacts, and assist with newsletters and communications.
• Provide operational and systems support across departments.
