Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Systems Coordinator in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and supporting Warehouse Management Systems and executing test scripts for system changes.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm with base pay of $22.20 plus a $0.50 shift premium per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of WMS experience.
• Proficient in report writing – 1 to 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in installation, maintenance, and general support of systems.
• Assists users with questions or problems.
• May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.
• Responsible for operational system integrity, including setup and control.
• Facilitate site(s) Warehouse Management System with proficiency.
• Interface with operation staffs to maximize system efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides to using the system.
