Job summary

Ignite Reading is seeking a Systems Associate to support day-to-day IT and systems operations for our virtual tutoring platform. You will handle help desk requests, manage access, and maintain documentation while ensuring secure, efficient use of HubSpot and other core business tools.

The role emphasizes frontline support, training, and process improvements in a remote, fast-growing environment, reporting to the Director, IT and Systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in IT support or systems administration
• Experience with Google Workspace and Admin Console
• Experience with HubSpot CRM across Hubs
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
• Experience in a start-up or hyper-growth environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IT/systems requests from intake through resolution.
• Troubleshoot routine account, access, and application issues across core tools.
• Research issues using docs and vendor resources to implement solutions.
• Document work performed and close requests, escalating when needed.
• Develop IT resources and docs to improve staff self-service.
