Job summary

Loggerhead is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support enterprise platforms and day-to-day IT services for a hybrid workforce. You will manage Microsoft 365, Intune, HubSpot CRM, and Five9, acting as a first point of contact for IT requests in a remote-first, contact center-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include handling tickets, triage, and ensuring secure remote access, while contributing to system administration, patching, and user provisioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• Experience with endpoint/device management (Intune).
• Experience with Help Desk or ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting a remote workforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem solving.
• Willingness to support evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, employee-focused IT support experience with fast response times.
• Triage, categorize, and prioritize tickets; resolve issues efficiently.
• Escalate requests while maintaining ownership through resolution.
• Provide remote workforce support for VPN, identity, endpoint, collaboration and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, MFA, and performance issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune, HubSpot CRM, and Five9 related tasks.
• Patch, asset, and operational management for distributed environments.
• Document and maintain SOPs and knowledge bases.
