Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with a technical major; related field experience may substitute.
Minimum 1 year supporting business systems or enterprise tech in financial services.
Experience with core banking, online banking, loan origination, or document management preferred.
Ability to analyze needs and propose system solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
Familiarity with security practices, data protection, and system administration.

Responsibilities

Maintain, support, troubleshoot, and enhance assigned business systems.
Act as primary contact for system issues; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Support and maintain core processing, digital banking, lending, and document imaging systems.
Coordinate upgrades, patches, interfaces, and integrations with testing and user comms.
Assist with implementations, deployments, and project activities; train end users.
Document configurations, procedures, test plans, and knowledge base articles.
