You don't need professional experience with every item on this list.

We're especially interested in people who have learned technology because they genuinely enjoy it, whether through professional work, personal projects, building computers, homelabs, programming, automation, school, or simply spending years figuring things out.

The person we're looking for

More than any particular certification or technology, we're looking for someone who thinks like a troubleshooter. When something unfamiliar breaks, your reaction should be: "I don't know yet, but I can figure it out."

You should be someone who is willing to read documentation, inspect logs, test hypotheses, research unfamiliar technology, use AI effectively, ask good questions, and keep digging until you understand what's happening. You'll also work directly with nontechnical employees, so patience, friendliness, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly are important.

Why this role is different:

This position offers an unusual amount of exposure for someone early in their technology career. You'll work closely with the Director of Information Systems and gradually take ownership of systems and projects as your knowledge grows.
