• Autonomous project leadership with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration across production, sandbox, and QA environments.
• Lead multi-site data replication and inter-company flows.
• Oversee security roles and license allocation.
• Manage patch deployments, upgrades, and release testing.
• Develop custom forms, IDOs, workflows, and UDFs with Mongoose.
• Build secure REST/SOAP/API interfaces and ION integrations.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for core ERP modules (Supply Chain, Finance, MRP).
• Ensure data integrity and support executive reporting.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to own, enhance, and optimize our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI / SyteLine) ecosystem. Serving as the primary technical subject matter expert across our multi-site manufacturing operations, you will drive system performance, data integrity, custom solution design, and cross-platform integrations. This role is central to aligning our enterprise architecture with daily production goals and long-term business strategy.

Core Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-On Infor CSI/SyteLine Expertise: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) within a multi-site manufacturing or distribution framework.
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical work experience in lieu of a degree).
• Technical Stack Proficiency: High proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, Mongoose framework development, ION workflows, and database troubleshooting.
• Project & Task Management: Demonstrated ability to drive complex technical projects autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver within tight operational windows.
• Collaborative Communication: strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge technical requirements and business process needs for non-technical stakeholders.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Environment: Primary work takes place in a standard office/remote office environment, with periodic support required for manufacturing facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration & Multi-Site Governance: Oversee environment health across production, sandbox, and QA instances. Manage multi-site data replication, inter-company transaction flows, license allocation, and centralized security roles.
• System Optimization & Release Management: Monitor background queues, SQL performance, and integration pipelines. Lead patch deployments, version upgrades, release testing, and dev-to-prod environment refreshes.
• Technical Customization (Mongoose Framework): Architect custom forms, IDO extensions, automated event triggers, workflows, and user-defined fields (UDFs) tailored to operational needs.
• Integrations & Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain secure interfaces via REST/SOAP APIs, Infor ION, and EDI connections linking CSI with third-party application stacks and core business tools.
• Functional Expertise & User Support: Act as the Tier 3 escalation lead for core enterprise modules, including Supply Chain, Finance, Shop Floor/Manufacturing, Procurement, MRP, and Order Fulfillment.
• Data Integrity & Analytics: Structure complex SQL queries to safeguard data accuracy, support custom business reporting, and inform executive decision-making.
• Project Leadership & Process Improvement: Plan and execute technical initiatives, process re-engineering projects, module rollouts, and legacy data migration efforts.
