Job summary
UAB Medicine, Alabama’s largest health system, seeks an Information Systems professional to support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online within the HSIS team. You will analyze requirements, re-engineer processes, and partner with business process experts to implement innovative IT solutions for demanding environments.
The role emphasizes incident handling, documentation, and collaboration with Security teams, with a focus on timely, quality delivery across a large hospital
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field required.
- Four (4) years of related experience required; work experience may substitute education.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day support for routine tasks and incidents assigned to the Collaboration team
- Support routine tasks and maintenance for Microsoft 365 solutions, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and other affiliated applications
- Collaborate with Information Security and Privacy teams
- Document standards and procedures related to the team
- Ensure requests are completed on time and within scope
- Keeps leadership informed on systems performance and problems
