As an Advanced Systems Engineer, you will play a vital role in administering, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft 365 services includingSharePoint Online, Teams, Copilot, and O365 ensuring secure and efficient use across the enterprise. Youll perform upgrades, design site structures, manage permissions, and provide expert-level troubleshooting. Acting as a subject matter expert, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver creative solutions that enhance workflows and drive organizational success.

What Youll Do:

• Configure, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 tools and services (SharePoint Online, Teams, O365, OneNote, Copilot, Planner, Loop).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory Manager and Entra ID.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Education: A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience required (5 years of role-specific work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree).

Experience: 5 Years Experience (in relevant technical role).

Other:

Some after-hours work and periodic 24x7 on call support will be required, including participating with Emergency/Hurricane Response teams as assigned.
