The role emphasizes collaboration and strong communication with the help desk and asset management teams. The position requires US citizenship, a Top Secret/SCI clearance (streamlined or able to obtain), and 1+ year of related IT experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience: 1+ years of related experience
• US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the help desk
• First point of contact for IT issues and needs, attempting to triage a situation prior to involving the help desk
• Back up the asset management team with issuance of accessories and cables to customers and the technicians
• Review file transfer documentation, ensuring the needed signatures are present (or forward them to the needed teams)
• Burn files to disk and manually move the file to the appropriate networks, notifying the customer once completed
• Maintain a log of all file transfers with all required information
