Tokio Marine HCC's Public Risk Group in Michigan is seeking a Systems Analyst for the Document domain, focusing on insurance policy and SmartCOMM document generation within the Policy Administration platform. The role supports Product Management, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver new capabilities.

You will gather requirements, assist in design, testing, and implementation, and work with underwriting, operations, and IT to integrate documents and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in software-related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant software development and support experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Product team in Policy Administration and SmartCOMM integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements.
• Assist design, testing, and maintenance of insurance documents and templates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and documentation of user stories.
• Provide cross-functional support to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
