Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Insurance Certification(s) preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• 1+ years’ experience supporting underwriting functions in the P&C insurance sector.
• Experience with SDLC for both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead and participate in requirements gathering for projects and enhancements using BA tools.
• Identify and recommend changes to technology to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Support testing and training initiatives and operational support activities.
• Facilitate communication between IT, business units and external vendors.
• Participate in the full SDLC using waterfall and agile methodologies.
