Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage and diagnose user issues which cannot be resolved on the service desk.
• Mentor Tier I personnel during problem analysis to improve efficiency of problem resolution and knowledge of Service Desk staff.
• Assemble and install servers and other equipment within the data center.
• Complete tasks to accomplish approved application and/or infrastructure change controls.
• Collaborate with other IT personnel on technology and support issues.
• Collaborate with applications and infrastructure personnel on new initiatives and their impacts on infrastructure.
