Job summary

OU Health is seeking an entry level Systems & Infrastructure Administration I to join the Information Systems team in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on foundational IT concepts, operating systems, Active Directory, storage, networking and security, with strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills to complete tasks.

The position emphasizes supporting infrastructure, monitoring tickets, and participating in projects, with a path toward certification within the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting servers and clients.
• Foundational IT concepts including OS, AD, storage, networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier I support for all infrastructure components.
• Monitors ticketing queue and escalates tickets as required.
• Support of the VSI environment.
• Assess emerging industry trends; anticipate and develop strategic solutions.
• Manages data collection, reporting, and trending for critical devices and components.
• Participates in the technical implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
