Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in software/application support or business analysis; internships or academic projects count.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support across E&P functional areas, serving as the primary contact for Land IT support.
• Own a designated set of E&P systems (e.g., Quorum Land/Peloton LandView, ProCount, AutoCAD, Scout, RodStar) and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and build small-scale applications or automations to supplement primary systems.
• Map and analyze business processes to identify improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and support testing and deployments for assigned systems.
• Monitor support metrics and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in change management documentation and system updates to support business processes.
