Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a fast-growing IT environment within the Support Services team. The role involves configuring, supporting, maintaining, and implementing applications aligned to business needs across departments and vendors.

Responsibilities include roadmap execution, system upgrades, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Travel nationally & internationally may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration required; OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
• 3-5 years of experience as a systems analyst in a complex technical environment; some of those working as a lead systems analyst or a senior analyst mentoring staff.
• 3-4 years of experience with Casino Management Systems (CMS) preferred
• 3-4 years of experience with Slot Management Systems (SMS) preferred
• 3-4 years of experience with Loyalty Systems preferred, but not required
• Familiar with concepts relating to casino/gaming environments
• Familiar with concepts relating to loyalty systems and environments
• Self-starter, organized, independent.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced and team environment. Problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Maintains schedule of applications refreshes and collaborates with IT and vendors to upgrade existing systems.
• Participates in the design of technical solutions to solve business problems per architectural standards.
• Configure new and existing applications according to specifications.
• Acts as technical expert and liaison on a series of products within the technology stack and develops documentation.
• Defines and executes long and short term roadmaps with IT team.
• Performs tuning and maintenance of applications.
• Supports assigned applications with level 1 support and vendor resources.
• Participates in industry events and professional organizations.
• Mentors and teaches junior systems analysts as needed.
• Delivers lunch and learns and demos; educates business and IT on products.
• Follows operational IT processes and escalates issues as needed.
