Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Systems Analyst I to support our IT department and a rapidly expanding, globally recognized brand. You will configure, support, maintain, and implement applications and hardware based on business needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments and external vendors, participate in technical discussions, and help ensure reliable operations for front-of-house systems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for front-of-house applications.
• Resolve issues in ticketing system.
• Support new openings with on-site technical and operational support.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of technical/user documentation.

The System Analyst is responsible for understanding the products they support and implement at a technical level. This role configures, supports, maintains, and implements applications and hardware based on requirements and business needs. The Systems Analyst I works with a variety of members in all departments within the technology team as well as with external vendors and/or partners. He/she is an active participant in meetings and discussions about vendor products and how they are utilized within the organization, as well as how they fit in the technology stack.Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Provide hardware support for front-of-the-house applications.Assist with resolving outstanding issues reported in the ticketing system by the business.Support new openings with on-site technical and operational support.Contribute to the development, updating, and maintenance of clear, comprehensive technical and user documentation.Configure new and existing applications in accordance with established specifications.Adhere to operational IT processes and procedures.Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members as necessary.QualificationsExperience:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.1-3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems highly desirable.Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.Ability to thrive in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work in a cross functional team.Willingness to travel as required by IT Management (domestic & international).Experience working in a hospitality related industry a plus.Familiarity with point-of-sale, inventory systems, seating system, KDS a plus.Multi-lingual a plus.Work Environment:Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in a professional office setting, but there may be times where you will need to be in operating areas.
