To support our mission, we are seeking a Systems Analyst III to join the Unemployment Insurance Administration and Operational Support (UIA&OS) team. This position will have an on-site work schedule located at 301 W 13th St, Fort Worth, TX.

WHO YOU ARE:
The ideal candidate must be skilled to perform complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work. They are an integral member of the team ensuring that all systems are operational, and that staff have the software and functioning equipment needed to serve our customers. Work involves desktop, application and telephone support to on-site and remote users in a call center and office environment. The ideal candidate for this position should have direct work experience with desktop applications, telephony, and computer support to multiple users. This position works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This is a career ladder position with the opportunity to advance within the established career ladder structure after meeting minimum qualifications, competency requirements, and time in position.
Duty involves up to 10% travel within the state of Texas.
