Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of systems analysis experience.
Experience with ERP systems, databases, and integration tools.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong SQL and relational database understanding.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to understand processes and system requirements.
Develop functional specifications, data models, and process flows.
Coordinate with developers and vendors to implement changes.
Design and execute unit, integration, and UAT test plans.
Provide second-level support and monitor system performance.
Communicate status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
