Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, developing information systems.
• 2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Equivalent education, experience and training accepted.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships with business stakeholders through proactive communication and regular status updates.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap by evaluating systems and identifying modernization opportunities.
• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain enterprise applications for Parks, Public Works, and Planning.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
• Customize and admin enterprise systems using built-in tools and data mapping techniques.
• Design and maintain databases, reports and dashboards; optimize performance.
• Define technical standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Manage vendor relationships, maintenance agreements and escalations.
• Lead and/or support projects using established PM practices.
