Systems Analyst - Enterprise Applications

Additional Position Details: FTE: 1.0 | Full Time salaried position| Primarily Mon - Fri / 8AM - 5PM

PLEASE NOTE: Remote candidates may be considered. Candidates working remotely will be required to have reliable broadband internet and personal cell phone service. Remote work may include working day-to-day operations during Pacific Standard business hours or online training.

Position Summary

The Systems Analyst for Enterprise Applications will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing enterprise-level application solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify system improvements, and ensure the effective integration and functionality of enterprise applications.

Position Qualifications

Required Experience

• Three or more years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably with enterprise applications (e.g., Infor, UKG, Hyland, OpenText, ServiceNow).
• Working knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems (e.g., Epic), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (e.g., Infor), Enterprise Document Management Systems (e.g., Hyland, MHC), Enterprise Digital Fax Solutions (e.g., OpenText), Workforce Management Systems (e.g., UKG), Database Management Systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle Database), Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Project Management Software (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

Education

• Bachelor's degree required in mathematics, computer science, information science or a related field - or the equivalent in education and/or experience (typically 4 additional years of experience if no degree).
