What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support ERP implementation projects, including design, user acceptance testing, and Go-live activities
- Provide day-to-day support for end users, including issue resolution within the ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy new ERP solutions
- Create and maintain documentation such as Knowledge Base Articles and User Guides
- Conduct training sessions for end users and super users

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Infor LN and/or Infor Cloud ERP in a manufacturing or planning role
- Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Infor LN and/or Infor Cloud ERP implementation
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP processes related to manufacturing and planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
