Summit Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst to manage applications, servers and workstations through their lifecycle—requirements, testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and decommissioning. You will ensure reliable operations and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver smooth transitions.

The role includes day-to-day technical support, incident management, change planning with test plans, and maintaining runbooks and run documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Four or more years supporting production systems in enterprise/financial environments.
• Hands-on Microsoft Windows Server administration; Linux and/or AIX experience.
• Experience with relational databases and unstructured data.
• Experience supporting application stacks and vendor solutions.
• Experience with IT service management tools.
• Basic scripting or automation skills for operational tasks.
• Ability to independently support multiple production systems, owning availability and runbooks.
• Participates in IT on-call rotation and incident resolution.

Responsabilités

• Manages assigned applications, servers and workstations through their lifecycle: requirements, testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and decommissioning.
• Provides day-to-day technical support, coordinates with business stakeholders and vendors, and contributes to project delivery and testing.
• Maintains operational documentation and runbooks.
• Contributes to incident handling, change planning with test plans, and post-mortems where applicable.
• Ensures regulatory and security requirements are met in daily operations.
