Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical staff.
• Ability to plan and manage projects.
• Experience with HA environments and DR planning.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business units and technology to support and implement solutions.
• Manage progress and quality of business applications and processes.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Monitor and support all configured systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with vendors to meet technical requirements and future objectives.
• Develop methodologies for performance assessment and problem identification.
• Provide training and documentation to staff and users.
• Ensure on-time completion of tasks and projects.
• Pass required security and compliance training.
