Job summary

Lexicon, Inc. seeks a Systems Analyst to partner with division leaders, operations teams, and field personnel to improve systems, data, and workflows across projects. You will document processes, analyze challenges, support ERP/CRM, and coordinate implementations that enable efficient project execution.

Practical candidates will translate business needs into functional specs, support adoption, and travel to sites as needed to align technology with construction workflows and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and relevant experience in data, reporting, systems analysis, or enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify ambiguity and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Experience supporting or administering ERP/CRM or other enterprise applications, including user access, configuration, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Define system needs with division and operations leaders to improve project delivery, fabrication support, and field productivity.
• Document current/future state business processes across estimating, detailing, fabrication, field installation, safety, quality, and project controls.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, workplans, success metrics, and implementation steps for technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support ERP, CRM, reporting, and other enterprise applications through access management, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across teams to build alignment and adoption of solutions.
