Job summary

Lexicon is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support construction projects through cost control, scheduling, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and contract requirements while providing accurate reporting and data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field with 3–7+ years in project controls or scheduling, and experience on EPC, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3–7+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost engineering within construction.
• Experience supporting large-scale EPC commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor schedule performance, critical paths, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Track and analyze project costs against budgets, identify variances, and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain cost forecasts, cost coding, and EVM reporting.
