Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks an Applications Systems Analyst I (NS) to support the NC FAST project onsite in Raleigh, NC. The role covers business analysis, programming, and documentation across the full development lifecycle, delivering specifications, tests, and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience with developing/troubleshooting SQL queries
• Programming experience using .Net Technologies
• Experience in Server Migration, IIS and SSL Certification Binding
• Experience with digital-services SaaS platforms, such as Power BI, Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, JIRA, Service Now, SimpliGov.
