Qualifications

• Education requirements as stated: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information System Management, Math/Science or related field (or equivalent).
• Progressively responsible experience with information systems: 1 year with Bachelor's degree, 5 years with Associate's, 9 years with High School diploma.

Responsibilities

• Defines and maintains the configuration of a system to meet department requirements.
• Documents detailed business processes and specifications for programs.
• Acts as business expert, defines needs, and assists users in defining requirements.
• Participates in system-wide initiatives to improve efficiency and institutional goals.
• Tests and validates new releases and functionality; coordinates updates with IS.
• Develops reporting and analytics to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Provides training for users and coordinates training for new systems.
