Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst I (NS) to provide business systems analysis and programming for the NC FAST platform. The role focuses on designing new programs, analyzing existing ones, documenting specifications, and testing across the full project life cycle.

Responsibilities include collaboration with clients and senior staff, ensuring quality, and delivering effective IT solutions onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT field or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience with developing/troubleshooting SQL queries and .NET technologies.
• Proficient in ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS/HTML and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design enhancements for the NC FAST system.
• Develop, test, and document new programs; provide production support.
• Collaborate with clients and senior staff on modification planning and rollout.
