Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand workflows and translate them into technical requirements and system configurations.
• Analyzes workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, proposing system solutions to streamline operations.
• Provides technical support for various end-user operating systems (Unix, Linux, AS400, Windows, Windows servers).
• Serves as the primary liaison between business users and technical staff, ensuring effective communication.
• Develops, executes, and documents test plans to validate system changes.
• Performs basic system configuration changes and regular maintenance to support the application lifecycle.
• Builds strong relationships with business partners and team members to promote collaboration.
• Conducts periodic reviews and audits in line with Information Security policies and procedures.
• Participates in on-call duties to support critical system operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

• Collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business workflows and translate them into technical requirements and system configurations.
• Analyzes workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks, proposing system solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Provides technical support for various end-user operating systems, including but not limited to Unix, Linux, AS400 mainframe, Windows, and Windows servers.
• Serves as the primary liaison between business users and technical staff, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of system needs and issues.
• Develops, executes, and documents test plans to validate that system changes meet defined requirements and function correctly.
• Performs basic system configuration changes and regular maintenance to support the application lifecycle and ensure system integrity.
• Builds strong relationships with business partners and team members to promote collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Conducts periodic reviews and audits in compliance with Information Security policies and procedures, ensuring system security and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or related field preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare-related systems analysis, IT support, or a similar field required
• 1-3 years of experience in IT training and presentations preferred
