Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of enterprise IT experience installing, supporting and troubleshooting the listed equipment.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration capabilities.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud identity, DNS/DHCP, and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks and monitor resources for stable operation.
• Manage hardware/software migrations and upgrades while maintaining security.
• Support end-users with desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
• Audit systems, perform backups, and document changes for management.
• Collaborate with help desk and IT teams to resolve root causes.
