Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to support IT systems across client, server, storage, network, and mobile environments. You will manage infrastructure and provide Tier 1/2 support with incident resolution, communicating status to management and customers.

The role includes resolving hardware issues, supporting dispatch systems, and configuring UNIX and Windows OS to boost reliability and performance in a secure environment with mission-critical objectives.

Qualifications

• Must support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Must provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 issue identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Must manage daily configuration and operational activities of IT systems.
• Must assist users in accessing and effectively using IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support and incident resolution across client, server, storage, network and mobile environments.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and perform problem resolution and capacity planning.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems to improve reliability and performance.
• Communicate system status to agency management and internal customers.
