• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage daily configuration and operation activities for IT systems.
• Configure and manage Linux operating systems.
• Create and maintain bash shell scripts for stability, automation, and deployment.
• Provide Tier I Help Desk support for IT system issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware problems and ensure full resolution.
• Load OS software, troubleshoot systems, configure network components, and feedback to management for escalated tickets.
• Four years of experience in programs/contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree or eight years of experience in lieu.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
