Kaizen Approach, Inc. is looking for a System Administrator to manage IT system infrastructure and provide operational support across a secure enterprise environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, diagnosing hardware/software problems, and configuring operating systems.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator and must possess a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 10 years of relevant experience. An active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required for this role.

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a System Administrator to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems across a secure enterprise environment. In this role, you will manage IT system infrastructure and provide day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices. You will also deliver Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, including diagnosing issues, resolving hardware and software problems, and communicating status updates to agency management and internal customers. This position involves configuring, managing, and maintaining Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems, as well as installing operating system software and configuring network components. You will work in a secure environment supporting critical mission objectives.
