Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining the overall health and performance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and security components.
• Perform regular system monitoring and analysis under limited supervision to ensure optimal functionality and proactively identify potential issues.
• Establish and implement robust security protocols, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption methods to ensure integrity and security of the technical environment.
• Implement processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of configuration documentation, facilitating efficient troubleshooting and system audits.
• Deliver technical support for new infrastructure projects, collaborating with project teams to implement and integrate systems effectively.
• Confer regularly with cross‑functional teams, including IT support, security, and development, to evaluate and address complex technical challenges, ensuring a cohesive IT environment.
• Implement system backup and recovery processes that support broader disaster recovery plans and incident response strategies.
• Assess and evaluate current enterprise systems, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing process optimizations to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability of IT operations.
• Coach junior‑level system administrators, providing mentorship and guidance on best practices to ensure optimal performance of enterprise systems, servers, and software.

Qualifications
