Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall IT infrastructure (servers, network devices, storage systems, security components), performing regular system monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal functionality and proactively identify potential issues.
• Help establish and implement robust security protocols, access controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption methods.
• Implement processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of configuration documentation, facilitating efficient troubleshooting and audits.
• Deliver technical support for new infrastructure projects, collaborating with project teams to implement and integrate systems effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT support, security, development) to evaluate and address complex technical challenges, ensuring a cohesive IT environment.
• Implement system backup and recovery processes supporting disaster recovery and incident response strategies.
• Assess and evaluate current enterprise systems, identify improvement opportunities, and propose process optimizations to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Coach junior‑level system administrators, providing mentorship and guidance on best practices.
