Accomplishes Information Systems Departmental objectives by managing the Systems Administrator and Support Staff.
Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent. Certification from a leading IT provider, such as CompTIA Project + or PMI's PMP; preferred.
Ten plus years general experience and two to five years of specialized experience with application support management.
Operates a keypad device: 90% of the day. The primary parts of the body involved in performing the above tasks are the fingers, thumbs, hands, wrists, elbows, legs, lower and upper torso and feet. Standing is required one hour per day. Sitting is required six hours per day. Walking is required one hour per day. Routinely lifts 10 lbs., maximum lifts 20 lbs., one time per day. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry on a frequent basis, up to 60% of the business day. Possess the ability to focus visually at a close distance of 18\"-20\" for a period of up to 60% of the business day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/ or move or carry up to 20 lbs.
