Enterprise State Community College is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage the college's network, server, cloud, and backup infrastructure from the Prattville campus. • Associate degree required.
• Two years experience configuring computers for network operations and related resources.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation required.
• Analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.
• Experience with enterprise networks including Cisco and Cisco Meraki switching and wireless technologies required.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID required.
• Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery (ExaGrid) required.
• Experience with cybersecurity technologies (Splunk, Fortinet) required.
• Experience with MDT and Windows imaging/deployment required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Cisco and Cisco Meraki network infrastructure (switches, wireless APs, VLANs, routing).
• Maintain system and network standards and installation procedures.
• Provide after-hours support for critical infrastructure issues as needed.
• Monitor capacity planning and performance; prepare reports on growth requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and changes.
• Administer enterprise backup, disaster recovery and related documentation.
• Support cybersecurity administration and vulnerability remediation.
• Document projects, incidents and requests using ticketing systems.
• Support audiovisual and live event technology as needed.
