Qualifications

• Two or four-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• MCP certification is required; must obtain MCITP within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring server performance.
• Document hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
• Assist leadership with planning or projects as requested.
• Purchase and install new standardized server hardware.
• Interact with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors for server products and services.
• Ensure the integrity and security of enterprise data.
• Manage a Microsoft Exchange environment and related policies; security solutions.
• Manage end user accounts, permissions, and password recovery.
