Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage a Microsoft infrastructure, including Exchange, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and patching, while supporting leadership on IT projects. This on-site role requires hands-on hardware knowledge and strong collaboration across teams.

The position involves a Monday–Friday schedule with on-site presence at least 3 days weekly and a weekly 24-hour on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Two to four-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
MCP certification required; MCITP within 1 year preferred.
Six years of related experience in enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring server performance.
Document hardware issues, repairs, and installations accurately.
Assist leadership with IT planning and projects as requested.
Purchase and install new standardized server hardware.
Engage with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors for server products and services.
Protect enterprise data integrity and security per best practices.
Manage Exchange environment, mailboxes, groups, antivirus, and directory services.
Oversee end user accounts, permissions, and password recovery tools.
