Job summary

Kiakahi, LLC is hiring an Intermediate Systems Administrator to manage and secure our information systems across the Detroit Arsenal site. The role includes installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, performing backups, and applying patches while ensuring system reliability and performance.

The candidate should possess 3–5 years of systems administration experience and relevant certifications. Experience with Linux, Windows, AD, and scripting is preferred; strong problem solving and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computing or IT.
• Three to five years of systems administration experience preferred.
• Certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ or GSEC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and related hardware and software.
• Perform daily system monitoring and backups; ensure security and compliance.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades; manage user accounts and access control.
• Provide Tier III support and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain installation procedures and system standards.
