Edmentum is a remote-first education technology company seeking a Systems Administrator II to manage cloud infrastructures (AWS and GCP), identity services, and productivity platforms. You will contribute to Entra ID and Active Directory management, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and security monitoring while participating in on-call rotations.

You will also help automate processes, manage endpoints with Intune, and support compliance efforts like SOC2.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP in production environments.
• Familiar with Entra ID / Azure AD and hybrid identity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration.
• Proficient in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with SOC2, vulnerability management and security monitoring.

Mansioni

• Administer and support Edmentum's cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, including storage, rightsizing, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Support identity and access management across Entra ID and AWS, including SSO, MFA, Enterprise Applications, and third-party SSO / user provisioning.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory (including Group Policy) and support Azure hybrid identity configuration and synchronization.
• Perform Microsoft 365 user administration and support Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online; administer and support Google Workspace.
• Manage devices with Microsoft Intune (including application packaging) and support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and helpdesk issues; participate in on-call rotation.
