Zusammenfassung

Resource Innovations is seeking a Microsoft System and Identity Administrator to support enterprise identity and cloud services, including Microsoft Entra ID, user lifecycle, authentication, and Microsoft 365 administration.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and security teams to ensure secure access, MFA, SSO, and governance, while integrating Workday provisioning and deprovisioning across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud technologies, or identity management.
• Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with core IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
• Exposure to Azure services such as virtual machines, networking, storage, or monitoring tools.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, or Intune.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and cloud-based platforms.
• Basic PowerShell scripting or automation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Identity & Access Management primary focus: support Entra ID and related identity services.
• Assist user provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC management processes.
• Support synchronization and lifecycle management integrations between Workday and Microsoft Entra.
• Monitor authentication, federation, SSO, and identity synchronization issues.
• Assist with MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security controls.
• Participate in access reviews, governance initiatives, and identity-related audit activities.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
