Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking a skilled IT professional to provide escalated support and lead projects across identity, endpoint management, and cloud services. You will work with End User Devices, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure infrastructure, and VMware, applying security-first principles.

You will collaborate with Operations and business stakeholders to implement scalable, secure solutions, participate in automation, and contribute to after-hours on-call support.

Qualifications

• Experience handling escalated incidents and advanced support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, AD, DNS, and group policies.
• Familiarity with O365, Exchange Online, Azure, and Intune.
• Ability to design secure, scalable solutions and document changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Desktop Support and SysAdmin I staff on escalated incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, endpoint, and cloud service issues.
• Monitor and maintain on-premises, virtual, and cloud-based systems.
• Lead server-related projects, upgrades, and maintenance with proper documentation.
• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID including lifecycle, conditional access, RBAC, and app integrations.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including device compliance and configuration profiles.
• Design mass deployment solutions using Intune, Autopilot, scripting, and automation.
• Create and manage Azure AD/Entra app registrations and integrations with enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with security, operations, and business teams to meet compliance needs.
• Assist with automation and PowerShell scripting to improve efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support.
