Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and operation of our cloud platforms, servers, networks, and end-user systems for about 678 employees in Raleigh and Kinston, NC.

You will own the Microsoft 365 environment, Entra ID, Intune deployments, and on‑prem systems, ensuring uptime, security, and compliance while supporting after-hours on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on systems administration in a production environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID with MFA and Conditional Access.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking concepts, and backups.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Microsoft 365 and Entra ID for users and groups.
• Manage Intune device configurations across Windows and macOS.
• Administer Exchange Online including mail flow and rules.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and bulk changes.
• Maintain backups and DR for on‑prem and cloud data; test restores.
